RECIPE STRUCTURES

Formulas for cakes


Quintuple this recipe:
2 cups boiling water 10 c
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 5 c
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 13 3/4 c
2 teaspoons baking soda 3T 1 t
1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1T + 2t
1/2 teaspoon salt 1T + 2t
1 cup butter, softened 5 c
2 1/4 cups white sugar 11 1/4 c
4 eggs 20 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2T + 1 1/2 t
